IPOWER

A quick look at the market dynamics in the software industry, video gaming and the Internet, specifically social networking websites, confirms that APRJ is on the brink of what appears to be the next big thing in consumer technology. IPower's ON-DEMAND software applications are likely to dominate its sector of the Secure Content Management Market!

IPower occupies the space that is intersected by three distinct, and powerful, sectors.

Of course, of the three, software has been the biggest driver, as well as the most established. In fact, Microsoft is the benchmark for every company. Regardless of the industry, almost every company says they want to become the next Microsoft.

However, software is much more then then one company. In fact, we can almost pinpoint the type of results we can expect when a software company is a hit in its niche. For example, let's take a look at the security/anti-virus software market. Symantec and Mcafee are able to generate billions of dollars in annual revenues just for protecting computers from viruses. If consumers shelling out that kind of money to protect their computers, just think what parents are willing to spend to protect their children.

After all, parents are already forking out the dough for video games. Even if you haven't heard about "Halo 3," "Guitar Hero," or "Super Mario Galaxy" from your children, you can't avoid the headlines in leading financial publications. These franchises are bringing in insane amounts of cash, like "Grand Theft Auto IV" breaking $500 Million in opening week sales. The PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360 are common household items that have helped companies like GameStop Corp., Take-Two Interactive Software, Electronic Arts and THQ Inc. trade at wild P/E Ratios. It's these kinds of expectations that has Electronic Arts contemplating an increase to its $2 billion offer for Take-Two.

Social networking has become the biggest force on the Internet. Three of the top five ranked sites for traffic are MySpace, YouTube and Facebook, while Photobucket, Flickr and Hi5 are just a few of the newest sites rocketing up the charts. I don't think I need to remind you that Google paid $1.65 Billion for YouTube and that Facebook reportly turned down a $750 million acquisition offer from Viacom, because they think the site is worth is closer to $2 billion. The money is flowing because these are the sites that are attracting the most highly sought after demographics.

Since youngsters are frequenting these sites, unfortunately, they're also attracting a slew of predators, ranging from scam artists, looking for an easy buck, to hardcore sexual predators. Ultimately, it's the huge popularity of social networking that helped create the demand for IPower's suite of solutions.

Child/sexual predator stories are the one genre that the media has covered even more then Brittany/Lindsey/Paris. The media's motivation may be debated, but there is no dispute that there is now a heightened awareness to the epidemic and that's the first step to stamping it out.

However, even the heightened awareness has not been enough to battle the convergence of issues that's caused the epidemic to skyrocket, ranging from the growth of online communities to the stealthy perpetrators. It seems like every week there's a news show that features an endless line of perverts that are trying to meet little kids online. Not even the news of Shaquille O'neal pretending to be a little girl in a chat room, which he did for the Miami Beach Police Department, put a dent in the problem. Keep in mind, there are thousands of victims for every story covered on the news.

Yet, an army of millions of Shaqs patrolling the Internet would, at best, almost level the playing field, but parents don't want to level the playing field. Parents, and others, want to tip the balance of power to the parents and their children, without additional restrictions.

APRJ’s arsenal of software is not just BIGGER and more EFFECTIVE then a team of Shaqs; it addresses an issue that's important to every parent in the world, by protecting our children from the, estimated, 1 million predators working the chat rooms, social networking sites and instant messaging sites. They're lurking, 24/7, and ready to pray on our unsuspecting children.

You see, Ipower’s flagship product, Home POWWOW™ is a powerful, easy and secure web-based solution for managing safe internet experiences. It contains all the tools a parent needs - a social network monitor, chat room monitor, a web browser monitor, and much more.

The Internet holds tremendous potential for our nation’s youth and it's the greatest educational tool ever, but it's also like a walk across a tightrope. Our children can benefit greatly from being online, so it should be a fun and educational experience, but the reality is they can become targets of exploitation while online. Predators will use the Internet’s E-mail and chat rooms as a way to contact children and send them some sort of sexual solicitations.

I’m convinced this is a fortune-making opportunity for early investors.

Home POWWOW™ enables parents to monitor their children's behavior on the internet, and it can be used remotely.

Home POWWOW's™ Social Network Monitoring works by "watching" specific "Social Networks such as MySpace etc..." on the internet that a child may visit regularly to make sure they are safe while visiting.

Parents decide which social network addresses to watch. Parents decide what interactions to listen for. The Home POWWOW™ application is stocked with "text strings" of inappropriate text such as vulgar words and predator luring strings. A parent has the ability to edit, modify, or add "text strings" to create the "active" scanning strings that will protect our children.

POWWOW's™ Chat Room Monitoring is a "listening in" tool, that gives the parents the ability to follow both sides of a child's conversations, whether instant messages (IM) or chat room dialog.

Parents control which chat rooms or chat services they wish to monitor. They decide what key phrases to look for. The Home POWWOW™ Chat Room Monitoring application is stocked with "text strings" of inappropriate text but, the parent, has the ability to edit, modify, or add additional strings of text to create the "active" scanning strings that will protect their child.

Home POWWOW™ gives you the ability to monitor details of the conversation in REAL TIME or any time after the chat conversation has taken place.

Home POWWOW's™ Destination monitoring applications are "watching" the web sites that children "visit". Parent’s decide if they want to monitor this activity and then Home POWWOW™ will track the child’s "visits" in the parental log on the Home POWWOW™ portal. Parents can then view this log from any computer anywhere in the world. They can also setup the application to send Alert Notifications in REAL TIME via Email or Cell Phone to better protect their children.

Almost 60 percent of children three and older are using the Internet. Forty-three percent of teens who use social networking sites reported having been contacted online by complete strangers. Thirty-seven percent of children ages 11 to 17 reported they had received a sexually explicit email or pop-up advertisement within the past year. In homes where children under 18 used the Internet, there was a 28 percent greater incidence of spyware infections.

LOOK HERE: the demand for APRJ’s products is huge! It’s obvious that social networking sites, chat rooms and children are going to be around for a while. Social networking, and in particular Facebook - which boosted its number of users from 14 million to about 52 million, mostly over the past year - was the internet story of 2007. MySpace, the largest social network, has 68.9 million users as of December 2007.

It's already a home run, but as social networking and chat rooms continue to rise, which they’re almost certain to do in the coming year, the demand for IPower applications and the stock value could jump straight through the roof.

How often do you get the chance to buy a multi-million company for less than a dollar a share? American Capital Partners, Inc shares are selling right now or only 40 cents, but there’s even more to the story. APRJ’s Home POWWOW™ is only one of their products!

Were you one of the early investors on CAM Commerce Solutions Inc. (CADA)?

The BIGGER story here is their amazing skill at identifying and developing new software applications as KaZipster™, its patent-pending Protected Portal™ architecture designed for Secure Child Internet Browsing. This child protection portal is a web application that allows the user to browse and use the web in a safe and protected environment any time, from anywhere. KaZipster™ allows parents to become virtual administrators with the ability to predefine and create links, themes, and specific layouts for individual child users. The portal contains minimal interface components to keep the child from entering a web address into the address bar and going to an unwanted site.

KaZipster’s™ Protected Portal is an Internet browsing tool designed to empower parents with the ability to control and manage Internet content viewed by their children. The Protected Portal experience allows the parent to predefine specific places on the Web which are easily recognized by the child. When the child opens the Internet browser with the Protected Portal Technology they view a Web page that contains Browselets™. Browselets© is a terminology created by IPOWER Applications that defines recognizable images linked to a child’s favorite Web sites. The child just clicks the images on the page and the website opens, minus the inappropriate content. This technology prevents common mistakes that happen when children are using standard web browsers search engines that do not protect unsuspecting children from inappropriate content.

With KaZipster’s™ Protected Portal ability to use minimal interface components, parents have the option to display Web address bars or to simply use image recognition to navigate sites. If the parent chooses to display the address bar, the technology offers options for the parents to either let the child view only parent approved content or freely browse the Internet.

A media superstar jumps on board with IPower Apps

IPower's first major endorsement is from Dr. Bob Arnot- one of the biggest names in the medical media world. He shares IPower's vision, as do I, and understands the need to empower people with KaZipster™.

Dr. Bob's bio is nearly as thick as a phonebook, so I'll only touch on a few of his high profile posts including, Chief Correspondent for NBC News and MSNBC News, Health correspondent for CBS News, CBS Evening News and CBS Morning News, he has also served as Anchor for Discover Health, ABC Family and Fox.

However, Dr. Bob is more then just the most trusted and recognized foreign and medical correspondents in the world today, he’s become a leading advocate in the area of Internet Security for Children.

Dr. Bob's body of work is so impressive that he was just signed by Internet giant Google to serve as the Medical Educator for Google Health Videos, making him, most likely, the highest profile medical correspondent on the Internet and giving him the perfect platform to be a high profile advocate. By the way, he’s fully endorsing KaZipster™.

You don’t have to be “Smarter Than a Fifth Grader” to see that American Capital Partners Limited, Inc is going to make a lot of money- and so are early shareholders!

First and foremost, IPower’s people are the best in the business at “on-demand software” creation.

Second, IPower has positioned itself in market that has a huge demand for its product.

On this issue, we cannot afford to make any mistakes, because the online predators are always lurking and ready to pray on our unsuspecting children; so every parent in the world will want access to the technology to help guard their most precious asset, their children.

TOP STOCK APRJ IN A FAST GROWTH POSITION

It’s clear to me that IPower will lead the way in Internet Security Technology. They’re literally going to help give parents a weapon against the 1 million, or so, online predators- who are praying on our young ones. That’s a formula for plentiful profits, not just this year, but for many years to come.

APRJ is just an incredible opportunity that is priced way below book value. Yet, it'll still be a bargain at $5 and even $10. I may be going out on a limb, but I think with a few tweaks IPower will be able to design a product for office/business use, as well. That’s why you have to ACT NOW on APRJ!!!

Let me ask you… Do you know where your kids are right now? Go ahead ask them… I’ll bet you, they're online. Do you know who they might be online with? The numbers say that only 13% of parents know who their kids are talking to online.
