THE NEW BLACK GOLD
The Great Commodities Bull Market is On
and Astute Investors Will Get Rich
The Commodities Bulls have been running wild for the last 5 years, but the Agribusiness Bull Run is just starting and APRJ's Harvest Quest can help you Strike The New Black Gold- Agricultural Land
Well positioned commodities' investors doubled, tripled and even quadrupled their money over the last 5 years in a strong commodities bull run, but, as you know, the agribusiness bull market just started.
Everything that's agribusiness is commanding a premium, so even if you missed out on the rest of the great commodities bull market of the last 5 years, you're in luck because agriculture is a commodity laggard and its bull run is just kicking off.
Harvest Quest is a Must Own–Buy American Capital Partners (OTC: APRJ) NOW!
The trend is so strong that, even though the rest of the real estate market has fallen of a cliff, farmland is selling at a premium. Land is a finite resource, the planet stopped making it many years ago, and we're even losing precious farmland to development.
Harvest Quest, which American Capital Partners (OTC: APRJ) has an interest in, is an up and coming biotechnology/environmental solutions firm that's perfectly positioned to address several pressing Agricultural Industry, Waste Management and Biotechnology issues with its proprietary biological catalyst product. The Company is currently profitable, the profit margins are off the charts, and is just initiating its aggressive growth plan.
I’m urging my readers to ACT NOW! I’m convinced that Harvest Quest will impact the Agricultural, Waste Management and Biotechnology Industries
U.S. biotechnology firms generate more then $50 billion in annual revenues, so there's always room for new products and processes. When the products and processes address soil remediation and pollution prevention processes, as well as renewable energy issues, I think we're talking grand slam.
Harvest Quest's initial focus is on the clean-up and remediation of contaminated soils, with powerful cost effective technologies, which the company developed, that are capable of breaking down numerous pollutants.
Harvest Quest has an eco-friendly technology that solves some of mankind’s worst problems, economically, and can literally rehab toxic land
Industrial and military use has rendered countless millions of hectares unsuitable for redevelopment or agricultural use. The toxic compounds from past use poses health risks to local residents and, in some cases, others who live downstream/downwind/etc. Pollutants and contaminants include chlorinated and non-chlorinated hydrocarbons, solvents, heavy metals, petroleum products, explosives and mixed wastes.
Once an area is contaminated, the cost prohibitive nature of conventional site remediation ensures the land will remain blighted for generations and forces development to gobble up fresh greenfield areas instead.
Fortunately, around the globe, we're witnessing an increase in environmental awareness, as well as governmental mandates, that is drastically increasing the environmental restoration rate of contaminated land. The U. S. Department of Defense base closure plan, for example, is just one of many remediation projects, but it's anticipated it will run up a bill of $24.5 billion, on its own, for the burn-or-bury technologies to improve the 7,313 sites.
I expect this Stock to Practically Quadruple Overnight – So Act Now!
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), through its Superfund, is prepared to spend an additional $200 billion for various hazardous waste site remediation projects and Harvest Quest was able to gain EPA approval for its unique ‘Modified Static Aerobic Pile (MSAP) Composting Method’ process, gaining exposure at the federal level.
The money will be spent, despite the staggering costs, because remediation must take place in order to return the sites to a usable state.
Harvest Quest addresses serious health and environmental hazards, plus the remediation benefits, so I believe it will grow like a weed and make early investors rich on the way.
Waste Management
Although it's not as glamorous as biotechnology, the private waste management industry in the U.S. generates more then $50 billion in annual revenues.
Harvest Quest specializes in organic waste treatment, remediation and recycling, effectively diverting waste streams from landfill and converting them into value-added end products (composts, soil amendments and organic fertilizers). In 2005, the U.S., about 35% of the 483 million tons of municipal solid waste was made up of organics, primarily food waste, yard trimmings and wood, or 170 million tons of compostable material. In addition, municipal wastewater treatment facilities generated another 5.6 million dry tons (28 million wet tons) of bio-solids (sewage sludge).
Agriculture (treatment of wastes, implementation of sustainable farming methods)
It seems like agribusiness became the hottest industry overnight, even though it's been the foundation of U.S. commerce and society since the country's founding, as well as a dominant issue in both trade and foreign affairs. Most city dwellers have no idea that there are over 1 million crop farms in the U.S. and they cover 300 million acres.
Unlike the local car dealership, the John Deere and New Holland tractor dealerships are taking orders for next year. Across the board, everything Agribusiness (Deere Co. (DE) , Caterpillar Inc. (CAT) , Monsanto Co. (MON), Syngenta AG (SYT), etc.) is off the charts.
This is your last opportunity to pick up shares of American Capital Partners (OTC: APRJ) at current price levels, which are below its $2.40 Book Value.
Harvest Quest's waste management applications are right at home on the farm (treatment of manures, mortalities and crop residues). According to USDA reports, the U.S. meat industry's livestock generate 130 times more waste than the human population does, or 5 tons per year for every U.S. citizen and the Environmental Protection Agency estimates, hog, chicken and cattle waste has polluted 35,000 miles of rivers in 22 states and contaminated groundwater in 17 states.
Harvest Quest also has composting solutions designed to handle the many millions of cattle, hogs, chickens, ducks and turkeys die from disease or other natural causes before they are marketable and require proper disposal. The trend in recent years has been the closure of rendering plants due to the high fuel costs involved both in actual processing and associated trucking costs to get carcasses to the plant itself. Not only does Harvest Quest's “on site” mortality compositing eradicate enteric pathogens, it does so in a cost effective manner.
APRJ is under $0.50 now, but don't hesitate because it's a holding company with six well positioned companies including Harvest Quest. I'm expecting a 400% gain, just to get to Book Value.
With the Harvest Quest accelerated process, composting is quick and efficient. It uses less land, due to the speed of the process, and only requires common farming equipment. Plus, President Bush signed into law new regulations, which came into force this year, requiring all Animal Feeding Operations (AFOs) to be permitted facilities, which have to manage their manure in a responsible manner and restricts the land application of raw manure.
Harvest Quest’s products improve soil quality, reduce erosion, drastically cut irrigation requirements, and the reliance on chemical fertilizers, which degrades soil and causes nitrate and phosphate pollution in our water supplies, rivers, estuaries and oceans.
Organic Compliant
Harvest Quest’s natural organic products are capable of increasing stagnating yields and help to eradicate pest problems associated with poor soil quality. Locally produced organic fertilizers, composts and soil amendments, as well as specially developed bio-pesticides, will not only be used to sustain current agricultural land, but will also be used to reclaim and restore damaged areas.
Demand for organic products is now outstripping supply and an annual market growth rate of 20 - 30% is estimated. In the last ten years, over 2,000 farmers markets have sprung up across the U.S. They indicate the desire of the public to have direct access to fresh healthy organic foods. Organic farming is now the fastest growing segment of U.S. Agriculture. Certified organic cropland has more than doubled in the last 2 years.
Harvest Quest is in the right place at the optimum time
It's environmentally unacceptable, as well as unsafe, to spread untreated (uncomposted) raw material, bio-solids and raw manure, due to ground water contamination, not to mention E-coli and salmonella. Therefore, Federal laws, and many states' laws, are restricting, or banning outright, the spreading of bio-solids and raw manure.
I’m projecting potential gains of over 400% practically Overnight!
Other advantages include cost effectiveness and ease of implementation. Plus, the process reduces the amount of land required for landfills; while lime Stabilization produces an unfinished product that is unsuitable for most uses, due to a high pH, and forced aeration, or in-vessel composting, is cost-prohibitive due to high running costs and machinery dilapidation.
Harvest Quest's catalyst is proven to work under any climatic condition and the bacteria strains, within the catalyst itself adapt to any organic waste, producing enzymes which rapidly degrade the waste stream itself, producing a viable and stable end product. In essence, the catalyst is superior in overall terms of cost, speed and end product use.
There's Much More to Come
Harvest Quest is also studying the multitude of enzymes available within the catalyst and their potential additional technology applications, including an effective automotive biofuel production method. The Company believes the catalysts numerous enzyme-producing bacteria will be utilized to breakdown biomass, converting it through fermentation processes into an alternative fuel source. Secondly, the bacteria within the makeup of the catalyst will be investigated in attempt to isolate specific enzymes suitable for industrial processes. Thirdly, the catalyst technologies ability to prolifically generate strains of bacteria known as ‘Streptomycetes’, will also be studied. These are antibiotic forming microorganisms, which may allow pharmaceutical applications involving new strains to be developed; probably in conjunction with a larger corporate JV partner.
